Lync: Saved Files
Earlier in this book, we practiced transferring a file by Internet Messenger. Where did it go?

Try It: Find the Locations of the Saved Files
Microsoft Lync is still open.
Go to Options->Tools->Options.
Click on Saved Files.
There are two options for Saved Files:

File Transfer:
Lync has a default folder, My Received Files, for saving the files you receive during a Call.

Lync Recordings:
The Lync recordings are saved to a folder called Lync Recordings.

What Did You See? Both of these Folders are in your Documents Folder.

Those are the Lync Tools.
